Whats the pace going to be like?

I have been to Macedonia for 3 months and got back about 3 weeks ago and am not all that fast.

Any average joe riders coming along?

Unfortunately we do not accept any excuses to slow down the blistering pace that we are accustomed to!Seriously though,this is a social ride somewhat, so we try and wait for people,having said that the pace will be medium to whatever!Welcome back to the Dark Side of the Hemisphere.

EPO is a hormone that stimulates red blood cell production thus improving ones performance,used mainly by professionals to obtain better racing results.Us mere mortals use hard work,fresh air and determination,works just as well!
