Road ride - for those suffering CBF
No sorry not an xc ride, a road ride for some of us just dont have the time to drive out to the hills and suffering from a serious high dosage of CBF.
My employee Jarrad and myself suggest a Road Ride from freo to Baldivis via freeway cycle path Thursday nights, a ride which bike force freo do, well i think they still do... So 5.30 at Mercers Cycles freo...opposite the hospital. Last attempt for inspiration for we need to kill the Gut.

I'm up for it Sav. At least...for every Thursday night that I'm in the state / country. Not sure about the whole 32-33 km/h thing though. I'm softer than a marshmallow at the moment. Maybe I'll just sit in behind you.
