This is news that almost everyone will be happy to hear.

I had a meeting with DEC on site about two weeks ago and they have agreed with us that a 4x track at the Goatfarm should become a priority of the Goatfarm project.

Over the coming weeks a meeting will be organised that will give the punters a chance to have your say about the track. The track will be designed by Paul Neve and he will conduct the meeting so if you have any thing to add make sure you attend that meeting.

If all goes well construction of the track will take place in October/November and PMBC will organise for a summer series of 4x to take place at the Goatfarm in Feb/March.

This is a huge success for us and I am really looking forward to seeing this track built as I believe it will be the centre piece of the Goatfarm and probably the most used section of track.

There will be other development taking place at the Goatfarm before the end of the year and that should include the openning of the top gate so we can use the carpark, some fence work to make sure people only park in the car park and not try to shuttle. And most importantly some signage so people know where they are riding. There will be no access for cars beyond the car park. ie there will be no shuttling available for the foreseeable future (you don't need it its quicker to push up anyway).
