Bike help

New to the game but really interested in it for a while....
my mate who has been doing downhill all his life has reccomended the ironhorse 6point (pretty sure thats the name), as a first bike, i've done a bit of reading on it and to join him and his mates he thinks this bike would be fine. My main aim for help would be how much i would be looking at paying for this bike?
