What spec does everyone ware for a good XC run
I have a real problem with glare, even mt Euro sunnies have glare when ridding Jarrahdale
What glasses are good for bush country where some of it shaded and dark and then you come into some open country and it is bright and glarey
I have tried sunnies, clears etc

Yellow or Orange Lenses
Buying cycling glasses usually best. (Shimano or Specialized for example) I wear yellow lenses which are good for changing light conditions, like shadows while riding in the forest. Orange lenses have worked for me in the past as well.
Cycling glasses often come with a few sets of inter-changeable lenses (blue/grey, yellow/orange, clear) and the good ones are anti-fog.
