a friend of mine living
a friend of mine living around midland got his bike stolen recently and the person who stole it dumped the bike down a few yards because he could not get down the seat.
Addition
Well it turns out i am not having a good week. i went up to the goatfarm after school today and didnt want to carry a heavy bag around so i left it at the bottom of the snake line which was a bad mistake but i have done it before, it was well hidden but when i came back half an hour later my stuff was spread everywhere and my phone and wallet was gone... I know i am going to cop a lot of the "ya shouldn't have left it there" stuff but i have already copped that from my parents. anyway the phone was a sony erricson W850I, black slide phone with a few orange buttons and a massive 4way crack going the whole length of the screen and a few broken keys.
I am quite sure that it was another rider so please return my phone or it will eat you up inside for the rest of your life.
Anyway i have had a very bad week and just feel like staying inside or someone might steal the shirt of my back! and here is a pic of the model of the phone

Karma
Mate, what goes around comes around.... They always cop it in the end..!
I have a shitty old phone that I found last night if you want it until you get a newy!? Just PM me matey..
karma allright
It turns out that two kids (11,9) found the bag in the bushes and decided they wanted a new phone. but their sister dobbed them in when they started gloating that they have a phone and then mummy found out and they are up to their eyeballs in trouble. anyway i got my phone back in one piece (it was already broken tho) and all so i am happy.
Now it get serious... I really shouldnt have left my bag there in the first place but it was a spir of the moment thing that i didnt want to ride with a heavy bag. *brainwave* What about having some lockers at the goatfarm for the numerous people who take kit bags up there but just want to ride with a camel pack.
having some lockers that can fit an average sized bag in there would be cool... the thing is we probably can't have those fancy little electronic lockers...i mean its a national park, not adventure world. so lets keep it basic, built from tough materials that can withstand climate, maybe steel or concrete.
The easiest way of locking is for the user to supply a paddlock and carry a key in their camel pack or something. if you really dont want your stuff getting knocked off, bring a bigger paddlock, maybe one that explodes when being touched...:P
Well thats my opinion, and i certainly won't leave anything around again...Lesson learned.
