Just thought I'd remind people to get their entries in nice and soon for the race next week.
The track is looking great and it is always nice to have something different down at Jarrahdale. so many tracks ridden in so many different ways in the one great area. Steph has done a great job to put the whole thing together.
Already it looks like the single speed class is going to be hotly contested and with rumours of a custom made Jonesman singlespeed frame up for the winner it is worth having a go at.
Also in the solos we will have a wide open field with Tim Bennett racing in the duos. Expect Ian Klassens, Jon Gregg and John Waddell to be fighting it out up the front.
In the open women we should have another good battle with newly crowned state road champ Rebecca Armstrong and Triathlete come mountain biker Jo Bennett squaring off. With any luck we will also have 12hr champ Jen Graham Taylor out there having a shot.
Steph and Chris have organised some great prizes and just like last year we will organise some perfect weather to keep everyone happy all day.
One other thing to look out for will be the head cam taht will be out on course during the race. Hopefully Mike Daws will have his head cam on during the race and every so often we will put it up on a screen in the transition area.
Also there will be plenty of shetler in the transition area to keep everyone out of the sun (I have to be positive).
For those people who want to do a lap to learn the track but are unsure I will be down there at 8am on Sunday and will do one slow lap to show people where to go. After that it will be a couple of fast laps to have some fun!
