Broken Giant Reign 3 frame (need replacement)
Hey,
Sadly I have broken my rear fork just behind the rear shock. Even more sadly, the frame has a lifetime warranty on it, but I bought it second hand and it doesn't apply to me. Sucks to be me right?
Anyway. The kind folks down the bike shop have said it will cost me $500 just for the rear fork and new bolt kit. I was hoping someone out here might have a new frame (or the rear fork, however unlikely that is), that would fit on my ride. I'm not interested in it looking pretty as i am it being strong.
Another option would be to find the guy i bought it off and pray he still has receipts. He was up in the hills. He played basketball and the bike is a silver reign 3 which i bought for $1300. Call me if you're he. My number for someone to bail me out is 0439964414 or 95283158

there a bike engineer in melbourne who does frame repairs, might be a bit cheaper then a replacement

The actual part that is snapped is at the top point of the rear fork above the wheel. It may well be repairable, but how do you get it over there? Does he have a correspondent over here or somehting?
