Just a heads-up that the avatar loading system is not working yet. The error message says the destination folder does not exist yet.

Cheers,
Graeme

This is the error message:
The selected file /tmp/tmp_lTkpV4 could not be uploaded, because the destination is not properly configured.
Failed to upload the picture image; the pictures directory doesn't exist.

avatars

yeh, well it's sort of a feature request :)

I'm gonna put some effort in to restore everyone's avatars from the previous site. If I can't, then you'll definitely be able to upload new ones.
I just hadn't given it much priority at the moment, as we're presently runing on my home internet account and I wasn't excited about everyone uploading and downloading a bunch of pictures ;)

Yep, the forums are pretty light on features at the moment.
we'll get there slowly...
...now, if only there was a way to stop people hi-jacking threads ;)

They're coming.
If you see avatars popping in and out of existence for the next short while, don't get excited. (that is, don't start uploading your own, they'll likely be overwritten.) I'll make another post here when I'm done restoring avatars, then you can play :)

...and uploadable

I just noticed that people were unable to change/create their own avatars... that's fixed now.
Feel free to complain about anything that doesn't work, that should help speed up the 'getting it fixed' process :)
