STart time is 630 so get there a bit before to get yourself ready.

We will save the Super D for next week. I want to work out what course will work best for that.

Stack Attack

Does anyone know how Joseph got on after his stack on Wednesday. It looked like a nasty gash on his head.

Gez

Good

wednesday was my first time for offroad trails like that and i loved every second of it!
it was mad.
oh yer how is that guy going that stacked it. i heard he got a bad cut on his face and i saw someone ride his bike up
i was the 13 year old on the rahleigh mojave 8.0

Guy who stacked it. (Jeremy)

Thanks to all that helped me after my nasty stack wed arvo, I don't have any memory of the accident, what section of the track it was on and how I did it. I also don't remember those that helped me so a big thanks to anyone that did. That goes double for the guy that drove me to hospital Thanks mate.
I would love to hear from anyone that was behind me and saw what happened as I find it strange that I don't have any memory of the accident. I also find it strange that it appears that I used my face to stop myself. I have no injurys on my hands/ palms. Could I have fainted/blacked out, or did I hit anything? My bike is unmarked so I am a bit puzzled.
I ended up with 2 nasty cuts that required plastic surgery. I had the operation on Thursday arvo and had a couple of days rest before getting out of hospital Sat lunch time.
Thanks again to everyone that helped me and to my mate Chris for getting all my gear home for me.
Ps Can't wait to get back on the bike.

Stack Attack part 2

My apologies Jeremy on the wrong name. I think was the next rider after you but I ddint see you stack it so no exact details sorry. I came to the corner as you were sitting up looking alot worse for wear.
The section of track where you fell, I dont know how best to describe it but the track heads between 2 close trees into a short easy climb. Then after a couple of rock garden type obstacles you arrive at the left corner where you fell. Given then dusty nature of the corner perhaps your wheel slipped on one of the fist size stones littering the surface and you went straight down hitting your face on one of them. If you had of hit the larger rocks surrounding the corner, it may well have been worse and you werent near any of them sitting in the middle of the track.
I walked your bike back to the main meeting area and your other gear helmet etc. went with Jo Bennett and a couple of others.

Good to hear you are on the road to recovery and keen to ride again soon.

Regards
Gez

PS James thanks for the company on the walk back with Jeremy's bike.
