Trials is pretty much dead in Perth. You can try the Australia section on www.observedtrials.net as there is a few riders around. You might also find a used bike for sale in there. Otherwise try www.trialshive.com, David had some nice Zhi completes, stock & mod, for around $900 a while ago.

I'm new to Trials & quite crap but keen to meet up with other riders.

I built up a Bionic from parts off a donor bike & a new frame from Trials Hive, it's very similar to the A1 frame with a slightly lower BB rise. I've heard that high BB rise is harder for beginners, the guy I bought the donor bike from initially had an A1 & found it too hard to ride & went back to the Evolve frame. Zoo Pitbulls are very popular & the Zhi completes look very nice. I'm building up a store of pallets but I can only fit 2 in my boot at a time so it's a slow process. More reason to get a ute or 4WD.

I've been trying to hook up with a couple of guys from observedtrials.net for a ride for ages but haven't managed it yet. Where are you based? I really need to get out on the bike & work on my skills.

I've got a trials bike I was thinking of selling. It is a Cove frame, XTR V-brakes, Mavic 521 rims, Chris King rear hub (oh so sweet), etc. Not sure what I want for it, but if you're still looking, call me on 0417 984 559.

I'm in Mt Nasura which is the other end of the metro area. I'm going to try & meet up for a street ride in Perth or at the Freo rocks sometime. There's some good rocks near me.

i do a bit of street riding on my stp but i need to fix it up coz it dusnt have back brakes atm.. :(
i dont know many riding places around either and thats why i want to start riding in groups around the place.
so if there is anyone with a spare set of hydraulic back brakes being sold for cheeap let me know. cheers

Hey guys. I'm relatively new to Perth also. I have a 24" P street so am keen as for some dirt and street rides. I live in Scarborough.

It's a bit of a drive but there is some good dirt jumps cnr Kalamunda Rd and Great Eastern By-pass. I here there is even better ones a bit further on but I haven't been yet. It would be good to get a crew together and go for a dirt session sometime. Email Dave dkossn@yahoo.co.uk - I've got a van that I could take a few bikes in and seat one other.

well im in bullsbrook which isnt that far from midland i believe. so i will keep everyone posted on my brakesnad my trials bike as it comes and yer.
